Week 155 - iPhone like Miow Mirror

Hi humans and great kitties.  How are you enjoying the last day of February?  As I am working so hard, the time has past so quickly.  Humans need to be supervised by cats.  If I didn't do blogging, my human friend M would have spent every weekends lazily.  Keep up work, human.  Your cat is watching you.

This week, M made a hand mirror.  It looks like i-Phone.

iPhone like Miow Mirror

M used air-dry clay for this project.  The mirror itself is a recycle one.

It is so easy to make that M forgot to take a picture of making process.

The camera lens part is a rhinestone.

Is this to be checked?

It is not a phone.

Week 154 - Elegant Kitty Headband

Hi crafty people and wonderful kitties.  How are you enjoying this weekend?  I usually enjoy sleeping at the best place in my house.  The windowsill is a sunny spot but it becomes too hot to keep on sleeping.  My bed is comfy, the sofa is good for change and the chair is cozy for a short nap.  I am sorry for people who cannot sleep in the variety of place like we do.

Anyway, it's Caturday.  Let's start checking this week's cat craft project.

Elegant Kitty Headband

My human friend M made a headband.  She used an old headband and remade it.

She taped the headband frame with thin black nylon fabric.

And attached black net and gold organza shaped as ribbons, then sew a large black button and attached a cat charm.

Is this the project to be checked?

Okay, I am checking now.

Week 153 - Love Cat Wreath

Good day, everybody.  I am a Kiwi cat, Daisy.  How's your weekend going?  In Christchurch, NZ, the cricket world cup is now on.  Unfortunately it is not fine or warm day, today.  And I also heard that today is a St.Valentine's day, which means I can eat more delicious food.  Right?

Anyway, my human friend M made something related St.Valentine's day.

Love Cat Wreath

This week M made a cute cat wreath for St.Valentine's day.

The core of the heart is made with cardboard.  M attached red pompoms on it.

The letters are cut out from denim with zigzag stitches and embellished with a fish button and rhinestones.

The ribbons are made with fluffy leopard fabric.

M told me that this shows her love and passion to cats.  Ah...I prefer gourmet food but thanks anyway.

I am checking the cat part .

I prefer gourmet food...

Week 152 - Pinky Cat Book Cover

Hi craft lovers and gorgeous kitties.  The holiday season is now over and people are back to work here in New Zealand.  Some people say, 'cats are lazy and everyday is holiday for cats'.  I disagree.  Looks like lazy is our nature, but we are busy.  Every animal is busy to live, hopefully to live happily.  Don't you think so?

Anyway, this week's project is here.

Pinky Cat Book Cover

My human friend, M made a cute book cover this week.

It is made by calico and cat print cotton fabric.

The bookmark ribbon is attached with pink cat applique.

The end of the bookmark is a silver plated cat charm.

The right is the book cover that M made in June 2013.

I remember I checked this.

And I am checking the new one.
