Week 305 - Flowers in Cat Resin Bookmark

Hello people and sexy kitties.  Are you enjoying this weekend?  After a few wet and cold days, at last we had a fine weather.  I explored my backyard and had a nap.  My human friend M picked up weed flowers.  She used those flowers for this week's project.

Let's have a look.

Flowers in Cat Resin Bookmark

M poured clear UV resin into a cat shape silicon mould, and put flowers carefully.  Then again pour resin on the flowers to cover completely.

It was harden in the sunshine.

Finally, M opened a hole to attach a ring and a  bookmark.

Week 304 - Lucky Love Cat

Hi people and adorable kitties.  How's your first weekend in November?  In a few days, the Guy Fawkes Day comes.  Please prepare ear plugs and comfort hiding place - box, under bed, cat cave, etc.  Oh, I wish ear plugs for cats.

This week, my human friend M made a cute lucky love cat by needle felting.

You may already know about Good Luck Cat, which brings wealth or customers.  Normal good luck cat is tortoiseshell cat.  In Japan, pink good luck cat means bringing love.

Week 303 - Japanese Taste Kitten Purse

Hi humans and great kitties.  How are you today?  I am okay, but a little bit annoyed.  My human friend M tried to cut my nails.  I knew my nails are now quite long after 5 months my vet cut them for me.  I need my nail treatment nicely.  Of course I don't need nail polish.  Anyway, M chopped off three of my nails today.  Nice try.

This week, M made a cute purse with a frame clasp.

She used cute kitten and checker fabric attached iron on interfacing, and cotton calico as liner.

The clasp is about 8 cm.

Week 302 - Leopard Hair Band

Hello humans and gorgeous kitties.  I hope all you are enjoying a great weekend.  We have a pleasant weekend in Christchurch, NZ.  I explored my backyard and taking naps on my comfy chair, while my human friend M made something with a sewing machine.

This week, M made a leopard hair band for herself.

The fabric is slightly fluffy.  She put wadding inside and also gathered to make volume.

Week 301 - Fabric Decoupage Barrette

Hello humans and curious cats.  I hope you are enjoying this weekend.  My human friend M and I had an ordinary weekend.  M was engaged with a crafting project, while I was busy for taking naps.

Let's have a look at this week's project.

Fabric Decoupage Barrette

M made an elegant barrette with scraps.  All you need is a barrette metal, fabric, cardboard, decoupage glue, stapler, glue gun and blush.

So, you may wonder why this is a cat craft.  Well, look at the fabric.  At glance it seems an ordinary flower print, but actually black cats are hiding in the print.

Week 300 - Copycat Project

Ladies and gentlemen, and wonderful kitties.  I am proudly presenting that Everyweek Cat Craft Project has reached 300th week.  This mean 300 projects have done.  Hooray!

The memorial 300th project is : Copycat Project.

My human friend M made a copycat of me by needle felting.

She painted eyes to adjust my colour, made a nose with polymer clay, and whiskers are ... mine!

Of course she has picked up and kept my whiskers I dropped.

Week 299 - Fake Amber Meow Brooch

Hello people and hard working kitties.  How's your Caturday?  I kept myself busy with patrolling our backyard, napping and sleeping.  My human friend M was doing this week's project while preparing next week's 300th project.

Let's have a look at this week's project.

Fake Amber Meow Brooch

M made a cat shape fake amber with UV resin.  Then, she engraved 'Meow' and decorated the letter with gold paint.

Attached a pin on the back, she finished.
