Week 199 - Kitty Lamp Shade

Hello people and good kitties.  Are you enjoying the last weekend in July?  I am relaxing as usual.  My human friend, M went shopping this morning to get something needs this week's project.  Not only the craft material but also 20 cans of Funky Feasts she brought back.  Amm, Fancy Feast, I mean.

This week, M made decorations for a plain lamp shade.

What she bought this morning was polymer clay.  In the photo above, the cats seem to be all black, but actually the clay is glittering black.

She used cookie cutters to make cat shapes.

After baked cat shape clay to be harden, she glued them onto a wired lamp shade.

I'm checking.

Week 198 - Elegant Kitty Bracelet

Hi humans and gorgeous kitties.  Are you enjoying your Caturday?

A couple days ago, it was full moon and my human friend M took some pictures of it.  It has not been a super moon yet, but beautiful, isn't it?



This week, M made an elegant kitty bracelet for herself.

It is hard to see the real colour of this bracelet on the photo.  Small seed beads are smokey purple actually.

The colours M used are mainly mauve, purple, pale pink, pistachio green and gold.

I am quickly checking.

Week 197 - Reversible Kitty Placemat

Hi humans and intelligent kitties.  How's your Caturday going?  I enjoyed winter sunshine at the windowsill.  My human friend M recovered from a cold and was doing housework while making something for this blog.

Let's have a look at this week's project, shall we?

Reversible Kitty Placemat

M made a cute placemat for this week's project.  At first, I expect this placemat is for me, but she told me that it's for human's.

One side is cute kitty print and the other is cotton gingham with a cat applique.

It is decorated the edge with a pompom tape.

I'm checking.

Week 196 - White Kitten Brooch

Hi people and kitties.  How are you ?  I am very fine but my human friend M caught a cold.  I knew she was stressed and exhausted by her work.  She was looking forward to this weekend to unwind herself in somewhere she can do bird watching.  Just before weekend, she was down.  Poor M.

This week M made needle felting kitty.

Remember, M made Ginger and Tabby kitties before.  It looks like the kitty climb out from the pocket when it is attached just above the pocket.

Week 195 - PC Created Slogan Decor

Hi every cat and human.  How are you today?  It was frosted this morning here in Christchurch, but fine weather after all.  Nothing better than staying bed in such a cold morning.

My human friend M went to Charlesworth Wetland for bird watching this morning.  After came back, she told me that she couldn't find many birds today.  Poor thing.  I found a lot of birds through the window.

This week, M made a slogan decor to hang on the wall.

She used her PC to make this.  You don't need a special app.  The basic paint app is enough.  The font is AR Hermann.  She just changed letter C to be a cat shape and attached heart mark to letter M.

Printed out on a normal A4 paper and attached on a purple colour paper by washi tape.
